Have a high pitched squeal in a brand new class a entegra vision 36C on a F53 ford chassis that I purchased just 3 days ago. It is coming from the window. I asked the service department they said that will probably be a chassis issue . I don't think there is any way ford installed these windows. Is the service guy right or has no idea what he is talking about ?

He likely knows exactly what he's about and that's to make you go away. Ordinarily anything from the chassis itself and up is the RV manufacturer. It would be unlikely Ford would have had anything to do with the windows.
