I usually drive 65 on the Interstate. If I want to pass a truck that keeps slowing down and speeding up I get around him by going as fast as I need to and then set my cruise back on 65. I do not tail gate anyone. These 40' (or longer) coaches take a while to get stopped, even with air brakes.
