Hello all, i need a little input on batteries...I currently have a single battery (Interstate) on our 5th wheel and i would like to install a second one. Question is could brand names be mixed as long as it is 12v and deep cycle? Any advice is helpful...Thank you again.

I have heard that mixing AH ratings and age can be a problem with lead acid batteries. You might want to look at a single Lithium battery which might do the job of two lead acid batteries.

Always replace batteries in pairs. If you have room installing 2 6 volt deep cycle batteries gives you much more amperage than 2 12 bolt batteries.
