Duel Fresh Water tank

I seem to have duel fresh water tanks on my 2008 Jayco Octane Toyhauler. When I'm filling them the water starts to run out what looks like two overflow tubes, so I assume they are full. Then I check my Mopeka Pro H20 app, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C7HM61BP/?tag=rvf01-20 and it only says 42%.
Any ideas as to what is happening?

I don’t know anything about those sensors, but I did go to their site and here are some of the instructions on install. Reading through quickly it looks like there are some configuration settings and troubleshooting.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think it is a problem with the sensor. I think it is for some reason the water is coming out the overflow tube before both tanks are full. Is that possible?

Usually the overflow would be at the top of the tank. I would not think that would be the issue, but I have been wrong once before. That’s when I thought I was wrong, but I was right all along. . Just kidding. If you can, look at the tank to see if it’s full.
