Dusk Rover width

Hi everyone. I am getting ready to look at and buy a 2024 dusk rover. I have a 10 ft wide garage door and I would like verification that a 2024 dusk rover will pass through my garage door. The fenders apear to be the true total width based on videos abd pictures I've seen. The dimensional drawings indicate 8' 6" total width. Is this based on the wheel and fenders figured in to that number?

Also, is the height indicated for the rover true knowing that the Rover has a 3" lift?
