2002 fleetwood revolution. Coach batteries not charging.Found a wire in my battery charging compartment that was burnt on a wiring harness, it goes to the terminal to coach battery on the board. I am assuming it is the charging wire as the relay is chattering non stop. The batteries test ok at 12.6 volts idle but on shore power it does not deviate. The batteries are 4 years old so at there end of there life i'm sure but don't know why the burnt harness?
