Electrical question

[my65coupe]

Having an issue with my motor homes control panel.
Cannot get the capacity lights to work for any of the lpg, batt,fresh,black etc
Have tried
(1)plugged into my 30amp home outlet
(2) start engine
(3) run generator
All with and without main power switch on

Also when I turn the main power switch on I hear a fan going under the fuse/circuit board
