Endeavor No water in Kitchen sink

2003 Endeavor recently moved in, on city water, water works in all systems but kitchen sink, checked owners manual couldn't find anything related, closest to diverter valve is this water filter setup in picture, tried in all positions and nothing. Any idea how to get the water working?

2003 Endeavor recently moved in, on city water, water works in all systems but kitchen sink, checked owners manual couldn't find anything related, closest to diverter valve is this water filter setup in picture, tried in all positions and nothing. Any idea how to get the water working?

I don’t normally reply to my posts but turns out I don’t know how to use this sink mechanism and it was a simple as pulling the handle out to the right that’s how it’s turned on and off so anyone else having this issue it’s pretty simple.
