When I stop in a rest area for approx 20 linutes, The engine will not restart. Overnight I do not have this problem. Batteries are new.

How about more info details on the RV and engine?

I apologize. My first time to post. It is a
2021 Entegra Reatta diesel. New to us. Fuel filters have been replaced. Another part has been replaced - water separator.

Diesel only needs air, fuel and compression to run.
What I think is that when engine is heat socked while after long run, there is a component of the fuel delivery that’s affected by the heat build up.
Maybe one of the fuel hose clamps loosens it’s grip and let’s air in?
When starting the cold engine and components are cool and there is no problem.
While in motion, the air flow cools everything in the engine compartment and engine keeps working. Stationery hot engine is the problem.
It’is just a guess on my part, but if you can check visually all fuel lines and connections for wet spots, it may help you find the culprit. You said recently filters were changed. That may be a good starting point?
Diesel shop can pressure test the fuel system if you can not find what’s wrong.
