Subjective question as to where you are located and where you want service. Speedco will change oil/filters including fuel for around $350 I believe. Air filter is something that realistically you can do your self in a matter of minutes once you have the correct filter. Not sure if Speedco does the air filter. Call your local shop (Love's)
If you try a Cummins or Freightliner shop expect to pay maybe twice the price of Speedco.

Depends. Which engine, Cat or Cummins? Oil capacity? How may fuel filters? Oil filter prices vary as does quality. Fleetguard or Caterpillar are preferred. If not DIY, figure between $350 to $500 for filters, oil and lube but does not include air filter.
