If you have read any of my posts, you may have noticed I work on my BaRTH as much as I camp with it. Here is another modification or upgrade to the antique BaRTH.

The Factory original top step in the Barth was 10 1/2". The first step inside was 8". The step into the coach was only 7". The one from the ground could be anywhere from 6" to maybe 12" depending on, if the airbags were inflated. This seem like a good way to trip up or down the steps. Before any one has to take a spill I added an extra step outside also. The electric fold out step had only one step and I ordered a new double for this project.

With the plasma cutter and welder I decided to make 3 steps approximately 6" rise steps. Now the steps are all close to 6 and 7" rise.
