Well...I have my parts to sort out my freezing issue. Amazon delaying delivery of a filter/dryer for my recover machine...so doing fluff work.

Anybody notice the foam on the Recirc Door rotting away? I noticed a chunk missing and made the mistake of touching it. Badly oxidized...it crumbled like ashes. Ordered new foam from ComfortAir. It comes in pieces that have to be trimmed down to fit.

Sure looks good to have new foam.

You really like working on that rig, don't you? I sure wish I had your spare time. ;)

I wish I had his knowledge and skills.

Retirement helps. But leading up to a big trip, when you decided to do all your maintenance when the feels like temperature is 106…. That begs to question my judgement.

Grew up passing wrenches to my Dad…and here I am. Still do most of my own work. Lucky for the traveling public…American Airlines stuck with real licensed mechanics and would not let me put a wrench to anything

I think every hurdle in life give us an opportunity to learn something new. Since getting into RV’ing…it has definitely scratched the itch to learn.

Me thinks most of us on the forum are learning from one another.
