Time for a visit to Cummins, I would think. Google “Cummins + Florida” to find the closest one.

Just joined and saw re exhaust brake. We have 2001 Windsor 36PBS. E Brake quit on a trip. I used a small 12 v. battery to isolate/operate the actuator to determine if it was faulty. It was not. Ultimately replaced the foot switch. That fixed it. I also bought the lube that PAC Brake sells for the piston and hinge points. Lube annually. Hope this helps.

Is it an exhaust or compression brake? On/off or settings for 2-3 levels of braking? Most exhaust brakes are pretty much trouble free but a compression (Jake) brake has maintnace intervals which you have probably exceeded. Either way as TJ said, a Cummins shop, or a good full line truck shop like a Freightliner dealer, can take care of it. You might have to go over to the East side to take care of this. There’s both a FL shop and a Cummins shop in the Plam Beach area that work on RVs. RV shops are typically pretty lame when it comes to things mechanical.
