I am looking for information on how to replace my exterior faucet. Connections are inside a sealed box.

I’m not sure, but if you take the screws off the black cover maybe the assembly will pull out enough to get to the lines.

In your picture it looks like the head of a black screw showing. Could you unscrew just the black plate?

What's on the inside of your RV at that location? Mine has a panel I can remove for access to my exterior faucet.

This is over a year late but if you haven't already discovered this, the access is in front of the rear driver-sidewheel. I just changed mine out (1997 Dodge 3500 190V).
Be prepared for skinned knuckles, lost tools and bending your elbow and wrist into shapes you didn't think were possible. Be persistent; it IS do-able!
