Hello all,
What are your honest thoughts Here are my numbers,. I already own the 1/2 ton. We are looking to purchase this 36ft trailer.
We plan to purchase now (winter 2024) while pricing is decent and traveling from west coast to Midwest this summer.

It's been my experience that the manufacturers may state those tow/haul numbers, but real time experience shows towing at max capacities is not fun. It might get by pulling, but the stopping is almost more important. I think you would be happier in the long run with an F 250 short bed. Not a diesel necessarily but you'll appreciate the larger truck.

Your trailer has the possibility(depending on loading) to weigh more than the truck. That’s not good for 1/2 ton truck braking
