Failing Upholstery

The driver seat and armrest upholstery is failing. The material appears to be delaminating. Newmar has heard this from others but can not determine the cause. Anyone have this issue and what did you do.

We just had our seats recovered in cloth.

Ours has the problem on the drivers and passengers seats. Both couches have areas where the seams are ripping from the thin "pleather" they used. Don't really want to spend the $$$$ to recover everything. Just using blankets on the couches to keep any new damage to a minimum. I try not to look at the drivers seat.
