Anyone visit Fairhope AL? Looks like a nice town on the bay. Might be a fun place to visit.
We’ve been looking for somewhat local destinations to visit.
This is probably a two day trip for us, one overnight stop away.

Fairhope is a very pretty little town with a lot of trendy eating places. It’s touristy, but quiet and fun.
We ride over occasionally for something different for lunch.
DDD even did a feature on a sandwich shop there.

Where are you located?

We’re over on the East Coast of Florida. More than a day trip for us.

We have visited the Loxley area at least once per year, which is just up the road. We have good friends there. We always stayed at Azaela Acres in Robertsdale AL.

I personally love that whole area. There is a lot of great motorcycle riding and things to see and experience. We have visited the USS Alabama battleship a few times (Mobile) plus other great attractions.

Stop overnight at Big Lagoon State Park in Pensacola. It is one of our favorites and it is right down the street from us. In fact, my wife , dogs, and I do quite a few afternoon runs there to just hang out in the peace and quiet for a few hours. For entertainmnet, we get a lunch to go and teake it to the boat ramp.

Stay at Escapees Rainbow Plantation at Summerdale, then scoot over to Fairhope in the toad. Old 27 Grill is good eats, as is Cafe Acadiana in Silverhill and LA BBQ in Summerdale. Supplies at Walmart in Robertsdale and propane fill at Robertsdale Feed & Seed. Down beachside, Fort Morgan is pretty interesting.
