We have a lot of family coming in for Thanksgiving. And not enough beds in the house. The RV is in the heated garage. Is it OK to the run the electric furnace in the RV to take the chill off over night. And have people sleep in it? It will be 23 degrees tonight outside.

Electric, certainly. As long as the guest(s) know what they're doing & keep their mitts off anything they shouldn't.

You got the amps available and on a dedicated circuit, heck yeah, if not you should be very careful, maybe install a additional circuit breaker that you can plug into just to be on the safe side if the draw creates too much heat on your house circuit.
