It appears t me that the "neck" is engineered to rotate. If it the entire faucet that is moving, there is a nut that holds it firm and on that nut there might be a set screw to make the nut permanently tight. At least that is how ours works.Sorry, I guess I used some words loosely. Original faucet never had any issues. We changed to a new faucet. First travel day at stop we found the faucet pointing over the floor instead of the sink. With a lot of water on floor. Second trip we found the faucet over the floor with water on floor and table. No question the vibration caused the water release to drop down and the faucet moves around. Last travels we just taped the faucet in place. No problem.
Never any water on floor or movement except when traveling.
