Has anybody else had this issue? Would appreciate any ones thoughts or what Jayco did to repair

How about another pic for context? Further away that is. That is obviously going to leak and be a problem. Cant tell more from that picture about what is happening.
 
I would get that to a good bodyshop that works on RV’s. They should be able to reseal and secure that. Ask for references at a reputable RV dealer. Check rvservicereviews.com.

Everyone should keep the number of a good local body shop, that works on RV’s handy. I have been to mine on more than one occasion.
 
That pix looks as though the frame {the black part} has moved down from the side. Yes, a couple of more pictures would be good. Use a 6 ft or 8 ft straight edge to see if the member is bent.
