We purchased a new Dutchman Yukon 410rd and didn’t receive a remote for the fire places is this the standard or do they come with a remote?

I bought a Cedar Creek in Oct 2022 with fireplace and "did not" get remote with it. When I asked dealer about remote, he said it was "suppose to be in coach", but three months later I still haven't found it.
