Another window showing fogging today, courtesy of running the heat pump for heat. Really disappointed in the quality of components used by a higher end coach manufacturer such as Newmar. I can't imagine what those giant non-opening windows are going to cost to replace when they start fogging.

Yea. The emergency window was fogging on ours…. But that got replaced last fall as it was falling out. I also notice the upper pane of the half bath is also fogged…but dont see that one much as the shade is almost always closed.

I already paid to replace the one aft of the entry door. They didn't have the dinette window in stock or I would have done that one as well. Now the one behind the sofa is fogged. I'm guessing all will have to be replaced.

I guess it also matters how many miles your rv has bounced down the road…. We are only at 30k miles…. Neal, I know you have much more than that…

I'm at 65K and maybe it's related, but I think age is a factor? Dunno...they do take a beating though, I'm surprised the driver's side window hasn't shattered.

I had three more repaired while at the Tampa RV show. Left there headed home and spent two cold nights on the way. Snowed on in Flordia and had to stop on the MS. gulf coast for a night. 7" of snow, low 20s Oasis running keeping the coach nice and warm. NO foggy windows, but I did develop an OASIS problem. Faulting on air compressor. On this fault the burner will not work but luckily the electrical AC I & AC II still work. Very happy with the window repairs, now on to fixing the OASIS.

I escaped the peeling furniture but not the fogged windows. The big one on the rear is only visible in certain sunlight the way it hits, I only noticed it recently under the right conditions; I was bummed.

Always something with these darn contraptions. Great hobby, I think.

Neal...on an 8 year old coach? Welllll, just to apply a little painkiller, I'm here to tell you...you're not alone. In fact, DOZENS of Newell coaches, even as young as 5 years old have suffered fogging!! I've had a couple, starting a couple years ago...so that'd be 7 years old.

Newell is just as frustrated, being tied to Hehr, who makes absolute crap and doesn't give any warranty worth a bean!

Everyone I know, has to use AutoBoss because he'll provide a 5 year warranty (used to be 10), whereas Newell can't give more than the 90 day joke of warranty from Hehr...now LIPPERT!!

FAST forward to today, and I'm looking at pretty much my whole coach needing windows; they're $500 each currently.
