Is there a USA National fishing license for RVers so you don't have to buy one in every state you go to?

I am jealous, lol I love fishing, I do not mind either to pay in which ever state I fish in. I am just asking because sometimes there is free fishing at certain lakes without licenses. Anything to save money on the road is helpful in the long run. I am new to this so I ask a lot of dumb questions I guess, lol. LOL.

In some State Parks a person can fish in the park w/o a license. At Mustang Island State Park in S. Texas for example a person can fish from the shore or jetty w/o license, the caveat there is however if you're surf fishing and you wade out to cast or to retrieve a fish, you have to be licensed.

My fishing skills have gone terribly wrong. I don't get it. I don't know which lures to use. I've gone back to magnetic!

I tell the people at check-in I don't need a fishing license, I just practice casting and I can't ever forget the fish I hung in a branch in Fort Collins that I know when I go back there it will be a haunting nightmare to see the skeleton hanging there now.

I'm going to give this another try on my journey next month. We'll see what happens!
