I have a 2006 Holiday Rambler Ambassador. Made by same people that made your Fleetwood. My 12v fuses are outside in the small compartment under the drivers window. There's a fuse box in there and a list of all the fuses is in the lid you remove to access the fuses. To get a diagram you may have to call Fleetwood or Monaco. But since they have both been sold to Thor I'm not sure if they have archives with that info or not. Good luck!
