What hardware are you using? I’m switching over from DirecTV and am not familiar with Dish’s receivers. My DS will have six televisions, but only two at most in play at any given time.

I have one wally box up front which covers the front house 2 x TV's and external TV. I have a wally box in the bedroom. If I could I'd get one of the dish boxes that handles all TV's, allows separate watching on different TV's if that's an option, can record several channels at once, etc. As it's just me I really don't need two TV's with different programming going on at once. Realize though the coach has to be wired properly for your box config. The bedroom TV has it's own HDMI run into its own AV box. The forward part of the coach is its own HDMI zone. That drives the decisions.

@Neemer Like Neal I use 2 Dish Wally receivers in the coach. 1 up front covers living room & outside TV and one in the bedroom for that TV.

Now for the excessive long rest of the story that may be of interest.

We also have Dish for our S&B. At our S&B I have a Dish Hopper in the living room. To get Dish programming on other TV's in the house I use Fire Stick's with the Dish Anywhere App. This allows the remote TV's to access the Dish programming although there can only be one instance of the Dish Anywhere app running (i.e. playing a program) at any given time. The way this configuration works is the Hopper get's TV programming from the satellite & connects to your home / coach WIFI. The Fire Sticks connect to your home/coach WIFI the programming from the Hopper. As you can see this would require WIFI in your coach

So in your case if one of the 2 TV's you want to use would always be the TV(s) that are hooked to the Hopper then the Hopper & Fire Stick / Dish anywhere configuration might work for you as long as you have WIFI in your coach. One piece I have no info on is if Dish will issue you a Hopper for a RV. I didn't have to cross that bridge since I have Dish at home and the Hopper is there.

In my particular case I leave the Hopper at home in the S&B and as I said I have 2 wally receivers in the coach which I activate when we travel and deactivate when we are home. I also have Fire Sticks on the TV's in the coach. One advantage of the configuration I'm running is I can connect (via internet, assuming my internet connection is of adequate speed) to my Hopper at home and stream local programming from home. This has come in handy a time or two to watch some sports that were blacked out or just not shown wherever we were in the coach. It also allow us to keep up with local news if we care to. IF I could count on high speed internet wherever we travel I could just stream my Dish programming via the Fire Stick's and forgo the Wally's but high speed internet at campgrounds is a whole other issue.

I'll add that if I was to choose a SAT provider for home or another coach I would remain with DISH. I've been very pleased with their service, customer service when needed, app for changing local channels with ease, and quality. I also use the start/stop service feature which is done simply by not paying your bill when not used and pay up to resume. As I'm not a fulltimer this is a good savings opportunity. Even if I was a fulltimer I'd use this, I've really lost my desire for TV these days and use streaming solutions such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc. via Apple TV. It's not worth it to me to pay a monthly fee over $100 for maybe 3 channels I watch (Food, Discovery, Smithsonian)

Wallys and Hoppers and Firesticks, oh my!

Great input, guys. Thanks a bunch.

My intent is to set it up in my S&B and take it with me on the road, as I have always done with my DirecTV. I’ll spend some time later learning the differences between these receivers. The streaming from home option is intriguing.
