There is a new editor with tabs and depending on what forum you're posting into the tabs may vary. In some places you'll see a Question tab or an article tab. Questions are like suggestions where people can vote up/down arrows and I also think an option to mark an answer. Articles will be pinned to the top while replies appear below so it's a different layout like a blog post with comments below.
