Good question
Hello fellow RVers. Im a complete newbie to the RV ownership/life. With that said, I bought a 2018 cougar 367fls 5th wheel and I was wondering what the white Valterra waste dumb valve is for located behind the water inlet closet. I have only the Keystone RV Company owner's manual which isn't detailed at all. So basically a limited amount of learning can be taken from this manual. Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

Low point drain? Hard to say without pictures.

As a 'complete newbie,' I hope I'm not insulting you: The term "holding tank" refers to waste water storage before dumping. Gray water holding tank for faucet and shower drains; black water holding tank for toilet waste. Unused fresh water is kept in the fresh water tank.

I looked at the manual for your rig, and while it's lacking pictures and diagrams at the level of detail needed to answer your question, it's better than some I've seen. They do claim to have videos on YT. Watching the winterizing video for your unit might help you identify the valve you're asking about.

Congrats on your new rig and best of luck with it!

Greg.
