Door has an air vent. And out the fill tube.

does the overflow water come out that vent?
It can but that can be bad in some cases.

That vent is for air so air will displace the water when it is used. If the vent tube has a low spot (dip), it can lead to the holding tank collapsing, or the other way around when you change elevation.

I check the hose routing when I get a different RV to avoid such problems.

when filling the fresh water tank, Whear does the over flow water go, out the bottom of the RV or out the fill hole in the door
I'm guessing that there may be a few places it can go depending on your unit.. The overflow water escapes on the ground near the wet bay on our coach. That's how I know my tank if full.
