I’m sure others have experienced this but curious what people are doing to get them to stay tight. We have many in our 2018 Bay Star that just pull right out of the wood over the dash behind the front TV, even in new holes.

After having all apart and back together I’m thinking some type of furring strip on top of the flat wafer board so I can screw into that for more substance.

Not sure of the type of shade in your coach, but the power shades (MCD) in our coach attach with spring clips which are screwed into the upper header board at the top of the windshield. Those have never come loose on me although the attaching screws for the board have loosened and or broke off. I drilled new holes and installed larger screws to rectify that.
