Front windshield MCD power blinds.

I believe I need to replace the motor on the night blind. How much trouble is it to drop the whole blind in the front windshield. That’s the only way I’ll be able to get the old motor out and new one in. The one that has stopped working is the total privacy shade operated by a dash toggle switch. The blind is locked up midway. I am getting power to the blind.
