We are going to be making our first trip to Florida from PA in March and and wondering of anyone has any good tips for easy in easy out fuel stops along the I-79 & I-77 corridor? We are a 34 ft class A and will be towing a Honda CRV behind so we need stops with BIG pump areas to get in and out of at over 50' long with no backing up! Thanks
Bob

Gas or Diesel?

I pull a CR-V also. My favorite stops are Love's due to the dog runs, but most large truck stops are RV friendly. Also consider Buc-ees; it's a treat to behold!!

Get the Loves app and save $.10 a gal right at the pumps.

When we had our gas canyon star, I looked for Pilots with RV lanes as they were always easy in & out.

IF we get to Texas we will sure look up bucees but only the two in Florida both in places we will not be. Nothing on our route down so it seems. How long a rig do you have and are you using gas?

Not sure. Best guess is 26' MH, 8' CR-V, and 3' tow rig. Roughly 37'
This is reminding me to measure it, come spring, if I remember. :)

Do not go to Buc-ee's. Yes the fuel is cheaper but if you go inside it will cost you. Have you ever been to a 75,000 sq ft convivence store?

We spent an hour and a half and a hundred dollars over fuel cost on meat snacks. Don't EVER go to the Bucees at Terral, Tx on a weekend. 97,000 other people had the same idea. The hour and a half was me getting fuel (a gasser at the time). The DW was in and out and had fifty dollars worth of the meat snacks eaten by the time I got fuel.

Flying J, Wytheville, KOA at this exit also, Va, FJ Rock Hill SC, FJ St George SC (I 26), FJ Brunswick, Ga, Petro (I 75, exit 368).

Get the iExit app. You can see the fuel stops at each exit - you can see satellite view. Good Sam also gives you 5 cents/gal at most Pilot/ FJ.

The brisket sandwiches are to die for!
We ended up minus $113 out the door. (No gasoline was involved)
A must see place, but be forewarned!!

Bucees Is a good experience. The one I sopped at was extremely crowded. No real place for RV’s to park, and they don’t want you hanging around. I would not fuel there again in a motorhome.

Cleanest bathrooms in the world.
