Question Furnace problem

I have owned this 2021 Artic Wolf for 2 weeks and it has been quite a learn as you go process.
My furnace won't kick in. Had the dealer tech check my setting beside the control panel and said it was right. Thought it might be because one of the propane tanks was empty but no. Any other ideas out there?

To many things to address from the description. IF the dealer tech did not know how to fix it they should have put one on it that did. It runs entirely on 12vdc if it is just a normal furnace.

The furnace control requires 12 volts for the sensors and the igniter. Are your batteries charged? Is your converter working? What control panel do you have? Pictures please.....

The dealership sent out another tech and it turns out the circuit board needs to be replaced.
