Furnace repair - 2016 FR3 30DS

Looking at a 2016 FR3 30DS FOREST RIVER class A. Looks to be in great shape, but seller says the furnace does not work.

What typically goes wrong with this furnace and what may be involved in repair?

Assuming it has propane and 12 vdc most common issue is the sail switch (easy fix). Hard to diagnose without knowing exactly what it is doing, it's new enough repair shouldn't be difficult. Price a new furnace unit and use it as a negotiating point.
