Girard Awning Trouble

Just pulled into out camp site for the day. Went to put out my Girard awnings. Put the controller on 0, but only the rear awning came out. The larger awning was working a few days ago. Any thoughts/tips?

I have a 2021 Newmar Ventana 4037.

I believe the 120V plugs are in the basement forward of your pegboard bay. Check to make sure they are plugged in and if you have a safety switch makes sure it's on.

That happens to me sometimes. I don't know why they don't both come out the same time when press 0...sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Did you try using 1 or 2 to at least get it in. I never can remember which one is the rear.

I have that issue intermittently. It’s a matter of two receivers getting the same signal at the same time.

Push the out button again, or go outside and use the remote. My rear awning is 2 on the controller.
