FYI Glacier NP now requires G2S pass pre purchase

This year Glacier NP has decided to limit access to the G2S road. You must purchase a 7 day road pass for $2.00 from recreation.gov for the week you want to be there. For those of us that are there for many months, the requirement is that you purchase 1 pass for each week.

The intention is to limit access. Passes will not be sold at the gate, but 3rd party vendors are going to be selling them along with other means. ( think of any sports venue, there is always a street salesman )

Mark your calendars for April 30, and buy your dates asap.

MDT is going to be putting notice on all signs that typically display the annual highway deaths on roads leading to Glacier. I still think many people will have no idea until it's too late.
