FYI Good News on TSD EFS card

Being the perennial pessimist, I called TSD to verify that my card which has not yet been used is still active. A very nice young women picked up immediately when I call the 800 number. She checked and verified, yes it is still active. She also offered to email over an instruction sheet for my use. Very nice transaction with a real person. Refreshing.

I've never gone inside any of the Love's or TA/Petro stations I've used in Oregon to swipe my card, didn't know I needed to? At TA/Petro I usually start the pump using their app on my phone before I get out of the driver seat! At Love's I'll swipe my rewards card at the pump to get an extra 5 cents off but it's hit 'n miss whether I get it or not and dificult to track.
