I have a 2018 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Lxe. I took it to a freight liner for headlight and dash AC repair. I have a $1000 deductible. My bill came to $2500. They would only authorize $1080 for repair. In summary they would only pay $80 and I’m responsible for the remaining balance. To add insult to injury they charge me $50 to cancel my contract LOL. Stay away from Good Sam, there is too much fine print for them to avoid paying repairs.

Unfortunately these "extended" contracts are very limited in value as you have unfortunately found out.
Here is some information for others that may read this post.

Also, anywhere from 20-80% of the fee charged for these Extended Service contracts are paid as sales commission, I have been told. This would leave very little to pay for any Holders benefits.
