I have a Greenlane card, and I've been told I will get a new 8TK card soon.

Attention: @GreenlaneOfficial Whats up?

I got an email to activate my card. Is this a virtual card or physical card we're supposed to receive? So damn confusing!
Hi Neal, card activation comms are automated comms. We shipped your first card on 6/16 which must have gotten lost in the mail. We shipped a new card out to you last Thursday. It should arrive sometime this week. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank you @GreenlaneOfficial and thanks for the call. I'll let you know when I receive the card.

I agree, I have not used it as it seems too complicated to deal with. Can I just use the card? Do I need to use the app? Do I need to use the card and the app at the same time?
I want to try it but....

At some stations, you use the card, and at others, you will get a code on the app to enter. I know it seems confusing, but after using it a few times, you'll get the hang of it. All I know is this morning I saved 20 cents per gallon, not including the Open Road charges. Greenlane has no transaction fees either.

There are several fuel card options today, so whichever program works for you is the best.
