Went to Sam's Club yesterday and grabbed their premade huge Chicken Enchiladas with Hatch Green Chilies. Oh man was that delicious. We could only eat half of it so we're looking forward to the leftovers.
Go get you some!!

It's not spicy, just great flavor. I guess you can feel a slight heat in your belly but not heat like eating jalapenos, real mild.

I have a son in New Mexico, nearly everything they makes has hatch green chilies, I agree @RKins, great flavor, if you ever run across this stew mix, it will change your life

OK....maybe I'll give it a try.

Between spicy, and far too many green pepper dishes during my navy days, those are about the only things I shy away from.

Others should know better than me, maybe there is different heat HGC? If you have a Sams and are members, grab a tray of the HGC enchiladas and give them a try.
