2015 Newmar Ventana LE. A couple of months ago I had problems with my power shutting down about once an hour. The power would come back on after a few seconds. I measured voltage at the pedestal and measured 116V. I checked the Progressive Industries EMS read out at the unit and it showed 113V. I measured again at the pedestal and it showed 121V. I talked to camp ground maintenance and they replaced the breaker and receptacle without question. I still lost power about once and hour. I also got fluctuations in voltages from pedestal and from the EMS each readout cycle. So, in the end I thought it was a campground issue. I contacted Progressive about the readout being different from the actual voltage. The tech told me to adjust the two potensiometers to match the incoming voltage which I did and the problem continued. A couple of weeks later we are at home plugged into house power and started losing power more frequently and the fluctuations were greater. I measured house power and was very consistent at 121V. I watched the EMS for several minutes while keeping my meter on house power and each time the EMS went through a readout cycle the voltage would change but house power did not. Line 1 was worse then line 2. I would also get several "P" codes on the readout screen which would change from cycle to cycle. I contacted Progressive via email on their website and explained what was going on if they felt my unit was bad and if so where could I purchase one without going through a dealer. They replied within an hour and asked me for proof of purchase and to send a picture of the inside of of the EMS unit and a picture of the receptacle that the RV was plugged into. I sent the pictures and said I could not show proof of purchase because the unit came with the RV. Within an hour I received an email stating they would send me a new unit at no charge and not to send the old unit back. I installed the new unit and it works perfectly. I am impressed with not only the quick response but with standing behind their product.
