Have you Rented your Motorhome Out?

Hello fellow RV's

We have been RVing for 25 years in all sorts of rigs.
So now....
I just purchased a new 2022 Tiffin Phaeton 44OH and I generally use my RV 7 months of the year between May and November. I am thinking about renting in out during my off season months and know a lot of Owners do this. My question is

1. Do you rent it your self or use a service?
2. Have you had problems with renters damaging the unit
   1. While Driving it?
   2. While extending or retracting slides
   3. While operating the accessories?
3. Have you had problems with renters and pets?
4. Problems with children?
5. What kind of rates are you able to achieve?
6. Has it been a really great thing for you?

Also what about renting for special events like

1. Tailgating
2. Conferences
3. Political campaigns
4. Other special events

Please let me know back if you have "ACTUAL EXPERIANCE" Renter or Rentee
