Any pictures? I would imagine they are 12V hard wired.

Have you considered removing the 2 screws to check?
 
Our travel trailer has a wall switch that controls the bedroom lights. Plus there is a switch on each light fixture. If the switch is off then none of the lights work. If the switch is on, then each fixture can be controlled by the switch on the fixture. Might check on this.

Check out the simple stuff first, before go tearing into things.
 
Thank you, these are independent of the lights on the switches.
Well in my experience, the DC wiring wanders around all over the place. You'll likely find where a wire nut has come loose. Might need to check behind other light fixtures for a loose wire. Hopefully, it is not behind a wall somewhere. And behind the switches is a good place to look.
