Question Headlights

I recently purchased a used numar ventana. Having issues with headlights and fog fog lights. Headlamp assembly uses 3 bulbs
Headlight uses a H4 bulb, but I’m missing one adapter plug from the H4 to the wiring harness and the second one is burnt. Contacted numar and they stated the no one manufactures that plug any more.

Any recommendations?
