I am living in a 30' Jayco Eagle - four seasons. Having trouble with water freezing. I am on my 3rd heated hose in about 4 months. They seem to work at first but then stop working after several weeks or several days. I'm buying hoses rated to work in -40. It's about 15 here now and water just froze again. I'm putting the thermostat on the frost free faucet end, so it's not getting heat from the camper. I also have a heat tape in the wet bay to protect the short space between the heated hose and the camper hookup. Has anyone else had this issue or any suggestions? Thanks SO much!

Try getting the thermostat end out in the cold air a bit more. I presume you have it wrapped up tight. The ground water temp will keep it from reacting especially if you are running water to keep it from freezing.
