Hoping to pick up tips and advice. Also looking for rallies to attend.
Will be in mid Florida for the winter. Summer in the UP

Welcome! Great to have you with us.

Welcome and congrats to you on your new rig!
Safe travels!

Welcome from Boise. The UP is a great place to break in a 2019 Allegro — plenty of short trips to learn the systems before a longer haul. As a tech-curious type, I'd suggest logging your first few setups and tank readings somewhere simple so patterns are easy to spot later. Congrats on the rig, and enjoy the memories.

Congrats on the 2019 Allegro — the UP gives you plenty of short shakeout runs before a longer haul, which is ideal for learning the systems. I like the suggestion about logging setups and tank readings; even a simple notebook makes it easier to spot patterns in water use and leveling quirks. Are you planning any particular first trips around the UP to test things out?

The notebook idea for tank readings is a good one, especially with short UP trips letting you test systems gradually. Since I'm in Oregon and still learning about Class A setups like the Allegro, I'm curious how you'd track leveling quirks — a simple log or a phone note? The variety of short runs up there sounds like a smart way to build familiarity before any longer haul, rather than trying everything at once.

Welcome to the forum.

As time goes by everything about your rig will become second nature. Sure, you can create logs about this and that maybe to create baselines, but tank gauges are pretty useless, leveling is just that, leveling, getting used to your power usage, hello hair dryer!, and more.

Use water from your tank like it's the last drop, use a dish pan to wash dishes in and dump the water outside if you don't have a sewer hookup, learn how far your batteries will provide power before starting the generator, try to fill up with fuel a the half tank mark, not below a quarter.

And, make a set routine outside and inside the rig when setting up camp, and breaking down. Make it mandatory that your wife, partner, or whomever travels with you gets their butt out and guides you into a campsite. Don't forget to look up, low branches will ruin your day, and maybe the whole outing or trip.

Enjoy the lifestyle, it'll be great once you become accustomed to everything it involves.

Rallies can be found being a member of camping groups such as Tiffin Owners, many RV YouTube influencers, diesel fuel groups like Open Roads and more.
