Hello everyone,
I'm a new member and when I created my profile I couldn't find a place to change my profile picture. Can anyone tell me where to change it?

Click on your profile picture on the left topen your profile. Then place your cursor over the picture in your profile. You will see "edit" on the bottom of the picture. Click there and follow the instructions.
