We use Brake Buddy. It plugs into a hot socket in the center consul of our Wrangler and we have never had it drain the battery even after an eight hour drive.

Our toad is automatic and we need to pull fuses so we don’t drain the battery which disables our cigarette socket and rather than run a new socket, looking for portable power supply

Thanks does it last all day?

the longest day for me is 4-5 hours, retired, like to be in camp with a cold beer by 2. Its still holding 12.5 volts when i plug it in to recharge, recharges fast so I believe it has many hours left, couple days most likely. Can still jump the jeep if needed after a tow.
