Have you tried your local NAPA? I had a locked up fan on my dash air condenser. It was a pita to get it out and when I did free it I took it to NAPA and the person walked into their warehouse and came out with the exact same fan. This was 20 years after the coach was built. Take it to them and let them look at it and see if they have something similar.
Maybe our member @DHudson can jump in here as he owns a NAPA store.

Hey guys thanks for reading and yep i have taken it to midus and other local muffler shops and they said its just too thin and rusted and that the insides were probably no good either, i have gone too napa they found it or one similar but it was discontinued so they couldnt help me, i have even taken it to a onan dealer to see if they had anything similar and they didnt

You might be able to find something at Tractor Supply. They always have some kind of smaller tractor muffler that could likely be made to fit. Amazon has a plethora of options but sometimes the descriptions and pictures of the actual product leave much to be desired.

Are the mounting posts at the engine cylinder exhaust output still intact - good threads, etc? If yes, then something can be fabricated for mounting. And I'd use the thicker-walled NPT galvanized water pipe in a suitable diameter and with as many oddball 90 degree and 45 degree elbows as it takes to reach the original tip of the exhaust pipe location. Maybe some welding required here but remove the zinc galvanized coating first - the zinc is toxic in smoke and weakens the weld quality.

If the mounting posts at the engine are too far gone, they can often be backed out and replaced.

Rick
