I am new to this group and I'm looking forward to reading everybody's info anyway I have an old 1997 Jayco Fifth Wheel 33 ft it's for my daughter it will be stationary and I have removed the hot water tank and replaced it with a propane tankless water heater and a new water pump that's connected to 110 I'm not setting it up for boondocking I did away with using the fresh water tank I am using an IBC tote for the water I think I have everything connected correctly when I turn my hot water faucet on the tankless water heater works the little pump works and I have hot water and it's pulling it from an IBC Tote that holding my water everything is connected and the water inlet is being drawn through the fresh water from the IBC Tote my problem is when I don't use a hot water faucet and I use the cold water side no water comes in at all and it's driving me crazy when I disconnect from the IBC tote and connect my hose to the fresh water inlet from my house I have absolutely no problem I have hot water from the tap or I have cold water from the tap does anybody know what the problem could be

Sounds like your cold is no longer connected to a pump. When connected to the house you're using the house pressure so it works, it appears the hot has its own pump.
