HELP on slide

New to group, have a 2003 Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th wheel. Remodeling, have a question about slide. It has 3. Slide not operating with switch, don't have manual tool when I bought it "Help"

Slides come in a couple different types. Thru frame, In wall, and above the floor. The systems for moving them are very different also. Schwintek and Slim Rack are gear driven from the sides, Thru frame are electric and Hydraulic driven on beams thru holes in the frames. Many times more then one system is on the same rig. Very difficult to diagnose without lots of info and time.
